Grade 1 producer Lil Indy is offered in foal to Quality Road, whose offspring averaged $333,808 at Keeneland 2019 September Yearling Sale Lil Indy made a name for herself as the dam of multiple Grade 1 winner Maximum Security, who remained undefeated in four starts when he scored a front-running triumph in Gulfstream Park’s Xpressbet Florida Derby (G1) in the spring. He emphasized his status as one the best of his crop when capturing the TVG.com Haskell Invitational (G1) at Monmouth Park in July.

Lil Indy descends from a family of durable stakes winners highlighted by her half-brother Flat Out, a $3.6 million earner and a three-time Grade 1 winner. His victories include the Cigar Mile (G1) and two renewals of the Jockey Club Gold Cup (G1). Another half-brother is stakes winner Our Best Man, who chalked up 19 wins en route to earning $328,565 while racing through age 11.

Lil Indy’s dam is stakes winner Cresta Lil, who became a prolific producer with 10 winners from 11 foals. Her extended family includes near-millionaire and Grade 1 winner Got Koko, multiple graded stakes winner and 23-time winner J.T.’s Pet and multiple stakes winner Shiny Sheet, who banked more than $500,000.


Half-sister to multiple Grade 1 winner and sire Flat Out, who banked $3.6 million, and to stakes winner Our Best Man, a 19-time winner in 117 starts.
